    Delegate Miley moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

““   A bill to amend and reenact §46A-2-106 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; relating generally to the notice of a consumer’s right to cure a default; requiring certification that the amount needed to cure the default reflected in the notice is a true and accurate balance of all sums due from the borrower; certifying the date the notice of right to cure was mailed; and providing limitations of liability for violation of the notice of right to cure requirements.”
